Our new 42,000-square-foot hospital in Falmouth, Maine is opening soon, expanding our specialty services and creating exciting opportunities to grow with us.
We’re looking for a Veterinary Pharmacy Assistant who is organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about helping pets and the people who care for them.
What You'll Do
As a Veterinary Pharmacy Assistant, you’ll support our medical and pharmacy teams by helping ensure medications are prepared, organized, documented, and delivered accurately and efficiently.
You’ll also provide compassionate support to clients by helping with medication instructions, refills, prescription status, and general pharmacy questions, while directing clinical questions to the appropriate veterinary team member.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to be an important part of exceptional patient care.
Who We’re Looking For
Previous veterinary or human pharmacy experience is preferred, and we’re also excited to meet candidates who bring strong organizational and time-management skills, a positive “can-do” attitude, and a genuine love for people and pets. You should be dependable, comfortable following established protocols, eager to learn, and committed to providing high-quality support to our medical team.
Compensation & Schedule
$22–$30/hour, commensurate with experience and credentials
